Nyborg town is beautiful and idyllic. It has a lot of history where Nyborg Castle is often the focal point. The castle itself has formed the framework for the creation of Denmark’s first constitution. It is definitely worth a visit.
The ramparts around the castle form an incredibly beautiful nature. The ramparts are frequently used by the people of Nyborg, the sailors and camping guests. This is where the famous Nyborg Voldspil also takes place. Every year they perform a large outdoor musical, which is visited by people from all over Denmark.

Day trip
Would you like to go on a one-day trip to Copenhagen or Aarhus, then the campsite is also well located. The train runs and stops in Nyborg, and within 20 minutes by bike, you are at the station. You can also take the car and park for free at the station. This offers great opportunities to combine a big city holiday with relaxation in the sun when you return to the campsite.
